Shred & Build is exactly what it says. Shred the fat. Build the muscle. Build the life. We don't believe you have to choose between being lean and being strong.
Yes — 100% online. You can train from anywhere in Australia (or anywhere in the world). All you need is a gym, some basic equipment, or even just your bodyweight.
No fluff — you'll feel a difference within the first week. Visible changes typically start showing at weeks 2–3 when you follow the plan.
Our coaching is a premium, personalised service. We don't list pricing publicly because we match each client to the right program first. Apply below and we'll discuss everything on your call.
When you join Shred & Build, you effectively have both coaches in your corner. Your primary coach handles daily check-ins, training and nutrition.
No. We handle the thinking so you don't have to. You can delete MyFitnessPal. We create personalised meal plans around meals you actually enjoy.

2. If you're a good fit, we reach out to schedule a call.
3. We walk through your goals and build the right program.
4. You get onboarded.
